Large 2 story Clearwater pool home mins from the beach

The property was not worth the price!! Positive: Pool area was everything!!! Negative: The bedrooms can be updated!! Dirty q tips was in the master bedroom, we washed all of the linens before we used them because one of the beds had stains on it

Owner was mostly responsive and this vrbo is spacious and beautiful. Our family enjoyed our stay here.We do, however, have some complaints:We were not told that the hot tub can’t be used past 11pm only until we received our welcome message. It would have been good to know before booking since one of the reasons we booked this place was for the hot tub. When we arrived there was food left in the fridge and the patio bar area wasn't cleaned. The sink in the 2nd floor hallway bathroom was clogged. The beds were clean. We’ve never heard of a vrbo having a “noise meter” that alerts the host if we were loud for over 10 minutes. We never set this off but it caused a bit of anxiety. If you are hosting a vrbo with over 12 guests you have to expect a bit of noise.The house next door is abandoned and the guest book has a complaint about seeing a rat on their property. Owner gave us a hard time about our service dog but under vrbo's policy “guests are not obligated to inform hosts about the presence of a service animal, nor are they required to provide documentation, evidence of training, or specialized certification." We asked the owner what the bed quantities and sizes are for the bedrooms because this information isn't included in the listing. He never responded. Overall, our family had a good time in this gorgeous home, we just had some complaints about the cleanliness of the house and the owner not telling us important rules until a few days before our stay.

The property was a perfect fit for our Thanksgiving. Plenty of space inside and outside for talking, eating, cooking, and relaxing. Location was close to everything; supermarket, interstate, restaurants. Hosts were always helpful. Wonderful time, would stay again.
